Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise architecture strategy across business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, future-proof technology solutions.
- Oversee the design and integration of enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for architecture and technology delivery.
- Champion modernization, agility, and operational efficiency across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture leadership within large-scale, complex environments (aviation, logistics, or similar sectors preferred).
- Track record of delivering successful digital transformation and technology modernization programs.
- Deep expertise in cloud, integration, application, and data architectures.

Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive leadership role
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent a plus)
- Industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, CISSP, PMP) highly desirable
