This is a full‑time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon or full‑remote from anywhere in the world (with frequent travels to Dubai). French and English fluency is required.

Your Mission


Think Nike meets Netflix , powered by neuroscience and soft skills . Inject it with AI, immersive media, and obsession‑level execution . That's where we're headed—and we need a visionary CTO to take us there.

Key Responsibilities


  1. SET THE TECH VISION
    • Architect the future of learning tech.
    • Align tech with product, growth & design for maximum impact.
    • Explore and apply breakthrough tech—AI, speech recognition, adaptive learning engines, and mobile‑native UX—to enhance how users learn.
  2. BUILD THE PRODUCT & PROTOTYPES
    • Lead the full‑stack development of our core platform.
    • Co‑create MVPs with product & design, test relentlessly, iterate and ship fast.
    • Prioritize simplicity, performance, and "wow" moments.
  3. SUPERCHARGE INTERNAL SYSTEMS
    • Streamline infrastructure, automation, and back‑office tooling.
    • Choose best‑in‑class tools (buy vs build) to scale fast and stay lean.
    • Design robust, scalable architectures that power every business unit (finance, ops, CS).
  4. DRIVE DATA STRATEGY & OBSERVABILITY
    • Build a modern data stack that enables real‑time decisions.
    • Implement clean pipelines, automated dashboards, and A/B testing.Ensure full visibility on product usage, engagement, and outcomes.
  5. OWN DELIVERY & PRIORITIZATION
    • Translate the product vision into a real‑life roadmap.
    • Align with product on what ships when, with ruthless prioritization.
    • Manage tech budgets, timelines, and key metrics.
  6. REPRESENT TECH INTERNALLY & EXTERNALLY
    • Speak at events, write articles, and build our visibility in tech circles.
    • Be a true partner to business, product, and design teams.
  7. LEAD YOUR TEAM TO EXCELLENCE
    • Mentor, and retain world‑class engineers.
    • Set high standards in code quality, documentation, and velocity.
    • Cultivate a culture of ownership, experimentation, and high performance.
