Recruitment Manager – Product recruitment
Salt is growing in Dubai and we are looking for a top-performing 360 Consultant who can build, scale and own a high-value desk across Product and Enterprise Technology. This is a full 360 agency recruitment role with a strong focus on sales, business development and driving revenue.
We want someone who operates like a true business partner to founders, investors, CPOs, CTOs and digital leaders across the MENA region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive New Business
Hunt, pitch and win new clients across high-growth Product, SaaS, FinTech, AI, Digital and Enterprise Technology. This is a sales-first role where you own your pipeline.
Run the Full 360 Process
Own everything from originating roles to sourcing, headhunting and closing top-tier talent.
Build and Scale Your Desk
Work with founders, investors and technology leaders to fill high-impact roles such as:
- Head of Product (FinTech / SaaS / AI)
- Lead Product Manager
- Product Directors (AI / HealthTech)
- Product Managers (Banking, SaaS, HRTech)
- Senior Enterprise Tech roles including CTO, CIO, Heads of Engineering, Solutions Architects and Transformation Leaders
Operate With Autonomy
Treat your desk like your own business. You’ll be supported by Salt’s brand, tools and leadership including our Chief Growth Officer.
Deliver With Speed and Precision
You will be pushed and challenged, operating at the highest standards of a global premium talent solutions business.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years agency experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- A proven billing track record with strong personal revenue history
- A hunter mentality with a passion for sales and new business
- Commercially sharp , target-driven and highly motivated
- Experience recruiting in Product Management and/or Enterprise Technology
- Someone who wants to produce exceptional results in 12–18 months , not someone looking for “just a job”
