As Group NOC Systems Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing an optimised NOC structure with clear governance and measurable KPIs across operating companies.
- Ensuring effective use and adoption of NOC processes (SAR, PMWO, SWO, FDWO, FCWO, TT) across regions.
- Leading the integration of OSS, RMS, and telemetry data to create unified command and control visibility.
- Managing alarm lifecycle standards — including implementation, testing, and change control.
- Ensuring accurate root-cause analysis (RCA) data capture and workflow automation in ServiceNow.
- Driving development of the Integrated Command & Control Platform and Workforce Management tools.
- Overseeing Power Uptime (PUT) reporting, reconciliation, and customer SLA compliance across all markets.
- Managing supplier relationships (Huawei, Nokia, etc.) to ensure efficient system connectivity and performance.
- Standardising NOC documentation, training materials, and competency frameworks.
- Leading initiatives to improve the performance and accountability of regional NOCs and field teams.
Requirements for the Role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in NOC operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience managing operations across multiple regions, ideally in Africa and the Middle East.
- Strong technical understanding of OSS, RMS, ServiceNow, and digital automation systems.
- Ability to drive process standardisation and operational excellence across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and French .
