Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial controllership, developing robust financial reporting and analysis frameworks.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business improvement opportunities and cost optimization strategies.
- Perform root cause analysis to uncover critical business insights and develop strategic improvement plans.
- Design and implement financial policies that enhance organizational competitiveness and profitability.
- Manage sophisticated financial planning, forecasting, and reporting models with precision and creativity.

About The Team

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles.
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
- Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, or CPA.
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
- Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
