CoinTerminal is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and ensure execution excellence across all social media channels. This is a management and performance oversight role, responsible for supervising four platform‑specific managers (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and a visual content creator. You'll ensure they follow their job descriptions, meet KPIs, and deliver consistent, high-quality content in line with our marketing strategy. You'll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to maintain standards, track progress, and keep our social channels growing in line with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversight & Accountability
- Ensure all platform managers (IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) follow their job descriptions and playbooks.
- Monitor daily and weekly activity for adherence to posting schedules, engagement requirements, and platform best practices.
- Hold team members accountable for hitting KPIs (traffic, engagement, followers, conversions).
2. KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain a central performance dashboard across all social channels.
- Track and measure platform growth against set targets.
- Provide weekly performance reports to the CMO, highlighting wins, gaps, and action items.
3. Quality Control
- Review and approve high‑priority content before posting.
- Ensure all posts maintain brand voice, visual standards, and platform guidelines.
- Flag underperforming content and guide improvements.
4. Team Coordination
- Run weekly team check‑ins to align on priorities and address blockers.
- Facilitate communication between social managers and other marketing functions (SEO, PR, product).
5. Problem Solving & Performance Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks or recurring execution issues.
- Suggest improvements to workflow, tools, and communication.
- Step in to troubleshoot when a channel is underperforming.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in a digital marketing or social media leadership role.
- Proven experience managing teams and tracking performance against KPIs.
- Strong understanding of social media growth mechanics across IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable enforcing accountability.
- Crypto, fintech, or Web3 experience is a plus.
