Description
- Define and execute a global IT and digital strategy aligned to business objectives
- Lead reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations across multiple geographies
- Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, including cloud, automation, and AI
- Establish and govern cybersecurity, data protection, and information security standards
- Oversee enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS) to maximise business value
- Build and lead a high‑performing, future‑ready global IT organisation
- Manage global IT budgets, investment governance, and vendor performance
- Advise executive leadership and the Board on technology risks and opportunities
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar; MBA preferred
- 20+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
- Proven CIO experience within large, complex, global organisations (USD 500m+ revenue)
- Strong experience in global IT operations, digital transformation, and cybersecurity
- Demonstrated ability to influence Boards and executive leadership teams
- Financial acumen covering budgeting, investment governance, and business cases
- Experience leading large, multicultural teams across multiple regions
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, mining, or asset‑intensive environments preferred
