Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies to drive organisational objectives.
• Design, deploy and manage enterprise systems, infrastructure and security controls.
• Leverage innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and competitiveness.
• Manage IT resources to ensure cost-effective utilisation and optimal return on investment.
• Maintain the security, reliability and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor emerging trends and recommend relevant technology solutions to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, and proven experience in establishing and managing IT functions. Strong decision-making and strategic planning capabilities are essential, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have experience working in dynamic environments with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organisations and private sector companies.

They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver results-oriented solutions that meet business objectives.
